The placement of an order implied full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as stated hereon and implied.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
Lulu Avarcas is a New Zealand company, and all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Prices are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Orders will be processed in New Zealand dollars, and we do not accept other currencies.
We endeavor to give our customers the best retail prices we can, taking into account all of the costs we incur in bringing goods into New Zealand. In doing so, we reserve the right to change the prices of goods on the website from time to time, without notice.

We accept payment by Credit Card, Direct Deposit and Paypal.

Please use your order number as a reference when using direct deposit. Please email us at email@example.com to confirm your payment. We will dispatch your order when the payment appears in our account.
We deliver your items using NZ Couriers and NZ Parcel Post.
We endeavor to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from dispatch, unless to a rural address.
We can deliver internationally. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.
You are responsible for your country's customs and taxes applied on imported items.
If your item is damaged, defective or you have simply changed your mind, you can return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging and be accompanied by your proof of purchase.The address for returned items is: Lulu Avarcas, Po Box 8079, Cherrywood 3110, Tauranga, New Zealand. In the case of goods that are defective or damaged, we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
We do accept international returns, however we are unable to refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
Because some of our stock is only produced in small quantities, we may not always be able to replace your item. In this case we reserve the right to issue you a refund.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lulu Avarcas is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security and privacy of your information. Any information we collect about you will only be used in the fulfillment of any order placed with us or to communicate marketing material to you, if you have agreed to that. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with unrelated third parties unless required to by law. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Lulu Avarcas after a purchase has been completed.
Please note that the glitter Lulu Avarcas are intended for occasional wear and some loss of glitter may occur.
The neon napa leathers which include the Neon Pink, Neon Red, are very delicate and prone to scuffing. The leather can not be cleaned with water or exposed to water as the colour will run.
Please be aware that our Wedge sandals are not designed to be as hard-wearing as our flat sandals. The cork wedge is a natural and porous material and can be prone to damage.
We advise that you take precautions by protecting your nubuck Lulu Avarcas with a recommended scotch guard.
